Barchetta Engine Tuning

Looking to see if anyone has tuned their engine.

I am currently experimenting with a spare head and planning the following modifications.


Strip down clean and inspection.
Port out inlet ports
Port out ex ports and polish
Finish inlet face
Finish exhaust face
Port match inlet to head
Port match exhaust to head
De shroud valves
De shroud plugs
Re-leave combustion chambers
Polish combustion chambers
3 angle valve seats
Blend valve backs
Clean and polish valve faces
Lap valve seats
Skim head face
Measure combustion chambers and balance
Flow test with postage
Select cams and pulleys
De burr oil and waterways
Atomisation grooves fitted grooves
Final buff, clean and rebuild
Extras
Supply stainless nuts bolts
Weld and polish cam cover
Port and polish throttle body
Make custom inlet manifold, port out and port match
Check variator
